Jeani Benavides-Office Manager
I have worked in dentistry since 1999. Working with babies, kids and teens is the best part of my job. We work as a team and try to make a difference.
Michael and I are high school sweethearts, and we have two children. Felicia (17) plays volleyball for Moody High School and Nathan (11) plays the drums for Wynn Seale Fine Arts Academy. Nathan also plays drums in a band called "Middle School Madness". Michael loves to hunt and fish. Give me a good book and a quiet afternoon and I'm happy.
Naomi Villarreal-Clinic Coordinator/Registered Dental Assistant
I have worked in dentistry for 12 years. I attended Del Mar College and attained my certification in 1994. My dental experience has mainly been in pediatrics and orthodontics. I am radiology, CPR, sealant and nitrous oxide certified.
I am married with two children. My husband, Abel, is the bookroom supervisor for CCISD and has been with CCISD for many years. My oldest son, Everett (15), is a sophomore at King High School and plays football. My youngest son, Albert (8), attends Robert Wilson. Both my children enjoy football and baseball.
Deanna Elzner-Business Coordinator
I have worked at Dentistry Just For Kids for 6 years. I take care of all the insurances and accounts for all the patients in our practice.
My husband's name is Jimmy and we have been together for 7 years. We live in Calallen and have two "weiner" dogs named Princess and Shultze. We had our first child Colby James Elzner, in December 2006. Jimmy and I are so very excited about our new addition to finally make our family complete.
Stephanie Harrison-Scheduling Coordinator
I have been with Dentistry Just For Kids for 6 years. I love working here because of the wonderful children we see on a daily basis. Seeing a smile on their faces as they leave our office puts a smile on our faces everyday.
My husband's name is Hurschel and we have 3 children: Reid (14), Kendal (12) and Chelsea (9). Reid is active in baseball, basketball and football for Gregory-Portland. Both girls are on the Portland Watercats Swim team and love to play basketball. As for myself, I enjoy spending time with my family and collecting music boxes of which I currently have 60.
Tasha Schaded-Receptionist/Dental Assistant
This is my first time to work in the dental field, and I really enjoy the fun environment and learning experience.
I was born and raised in Sherman, Texas but have now lived in Corpus Christi for 4 years. I am newly married to my husband, Chris. His passion is fishing and football. I also have two children: Kayla (9) and Ethan (6). Both my children love to entertain. Kayla loves school and loves to sing. Ethan also loves singing and break dancing. I was born into a family of performers, so I also love singing. We spend a lot of our time at the beach and fishing.
Lynnae Tumlinson-Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been a hygienist for 22 years, and I have been here at this office for 10 of those years. I truly love working with children, watching them grow and educating them and their parents about all of their oral hygiene concerns.
I have lived in Corpus Christi all of my life. I have been married to my husband, Alfred, for 19 years. We have two children: Brooke (14) and Brady (12). My husband loves to sing and has a country western band. My daughter, Brooke, like her father, also loves to sing and perform. She is a freshman at King High School and is on the golf team. Brady is at Kaffie Middle School. He plays football and baseball. He has had the honor of being a batboy for the Corpus Christi Hooks baseball team for the past 2 seasons. And me, my hobby is reading and interior decorating.
Robert G. Benitez-Registered Dental Hygienist
I am one of two male hygienists working in South Texas. I was in the Army for 9 years where I learned my trade and I have been in the dental field over 20 years, a hygienist for 9 of those. Here at Dentistry Just For Kids I have been perfecting my craft and hopefully will prevent many of the things I used to treat in adults.
I am single and the father of one son, Jonathan Z. Benitez (15), who just moved here from Virginia, where he has lived since he was 3. My life pretty much revolves around my family and son. We are great friends enjoying the outdoors: fishing, camping, and sports, as well as the indoors: video gaming, board games, or a good movie. He is active in NJROTC at Tuloso-Midway High School where he is a sophomore. We are both involved at church. I hope to remarry someday but am not in any hurry as I am still getting used to having my son back in my life.
Cissy Alphin-Registered Dental Assistant
I have worked in dentistry for almost 17 years. I have to say that working with children is by far the most rewarding and challenging.
I have been married to my husband Patrick for 17 years and have 4 children who all attend Tuloso Midway ISD. Kristin (16), is a sophomore. She is very active in sports. She runs with the Varsity Cross Country Team, Varsity Track, and also plays on the Varsity Basketball Team. Kourtney (14) is an 8th grader in her 2nd year as a cheerleader for the middle school and is also very active in sports. She runs Cross Country and Track, and plays Volleyball and Basketball. Kasey (13) is a 7th grader and also a cheerleader. She competes statewide with Northwest Cheer, the defending National champs this year. She is active in sports, running with the Cross Country and Track teams, and plays tennis. Our son Kale (5) is in kindergarten. He loves school so far, very proud that he's a big boy now, watching and pretending he's a hockey and baseball player. Like every boy his age, he loves Spiderman and Batman. As for me, I just enjoy spending time with my family and being a part of their lives and accomplishments.
Ashlee Radford-Registered Dental Assistant
I am the newest addition to the office. I am a recent graduate of Del Mar College. I look forward to the rewarding challenges that I will be facing working with children. I am a people person and enjoy the friendly environment Dentistry Just For Kids offers.
I have a little boy, Hayden, who is almost two. I love being a mom, and he is keeping me really busy these days. Hayden and I love to be outdoors and taking on different adventures. We also enjoy going to the beach and playing in the sand. I am looking forward to getting him involved in sports, hunting and fishing. I just love to be around children, and I am looking forward to starting my career in the dental field here at Dentistry Just For Kids.
